Court can’t resolve the Cauvery dispute says Karnataka CM

When the Central government has already setup the Cauvery management board as per the Supreme Court guidelines and it becomes functional, now Karnataka CM has said that Cauvery dispute cannot be solved by the Court. It has created unnecessary controversy and will attract criticism from the Supreme Court and other quarters. He went a step ahead and called the TN leaders. When the Supreme Court has already rejected Kerala’s petition against the formation of CMB, as the Chief Minister he has to bind by the laws to respect the court verdict and abide by them.

One has to remember the statement of actor Kamal after meeting Mr Kumaraswamy a couple of months ago. He also said Cauvery dispute has to be sorted out by the discussions only. These kinds of loose talks won’t provide or lead to any solutions. All the parties should understand and have to follow the SC order
